Success Does Not Happen In Isolation
However
With faith, trust and mutual benefit.
A farmer grew superior quality and award-winning corn. Each year he entered his corn in the state fair where it won honour and prizes. One year a newspaper reporter interviewed him and learnt something interesting about how he grew it.
The reporter discovered that the farmer shared his seed corn with his neighbours.
"How can you afford to share your best seed corn with your neighbours when they are entering corn in competition with yours each year?" the reporter asked.
"Why sir, "said the farmer, "didn't you know?
The wind picks up pollen from the ripening corn and swirls it from field to field. If my neighbours grow inferior, sub-standard and poor quality corn, cross-pollination will steadily degrade the quality of my corn. If I am to grow good corn, I must help my neighbors grow good corn."
The farmer gave a superb insight into the connectedness of life. His corn cannot improve unless his neighbour’s corn also improves. Therefore, it is in the other dimensions! Those who choose to be at harmony must help their neighbours and colleagues to be at peace. Those who choose to live well must help others to live well.
The value of a LIFE is measured by the lives it touches.
Success does not happen in isolation. It is very often a participative and collective process.
So share the good practices, ideas, new learning with your family, team members, neighbours.

Active social life
I agree with joy. Iam on social network account because I found it is so easy to get and can manage many good friendships, rather than feeling left out and not important. IT makes you feel like you have an active social life but an active social life is connecting with people in real life. It was fun being able to connect with old friends and family members that i lost touch with.
"oh their just my friends". But we can’t really be sure what their motive is trying to still be our friend. If i offend anyone by saying this iam sorry. Sometimes it is evil taking up ppl's time getting hooked and relying on it too much and not getting on with life.
So ppl..pls be productive instead of wasting time…Well if you have more Facebook friends than real friends, something must be done. If you spend more time on chat than in sunlight, it’s time for change. If you spend more time working on your profile than doing actual work, it’s time for an intervention. Regardless of your excuse, this is not ok.

CASE 39
CASE 39
This weekend me and my husband saw a movie called “CASE 39” This one opens really good. The first 15-20 minutes are terrific. RenĂ©e Zellweger is a social worker who tries to save a little girl from her cruel, sadistic parents. This abused girl is labeled Case 39, and my, oh, my are her parents mean, cruel and sadistic. They actually try to stuff the little 10-year-old Lilith in the oven when Zellweger and a detective break in and save the girl.
This opening is great. It’s not everyday we see adults trying to cook a little kid alive. Wow, this is going to be one nasty movie, I thought.
But I was wrong. You see, there was a reason Lilith’s parents tried to kill her. The wide-eyed, innocent looking girl is actually evil. She has supernatural powers. She makes people she doesn’t like see scary things that make them kill themselves. Zellweger’s boyfriend, and he’s suddenly covered by insects. He dies early in the movie and I hate that part of this movie.
Zellweger realizes Lilith is a little devil who needs to be killed, but it’s easier said than done. Who could kill a child? Well, in this case, I’d volunteer. Give me a gun, and I’d blow the little creep’s head off. God, is she annoying. What’s worse than evil kids?
We all hate them. Lilith is both evil and annoying as hell. But we have to agree that the performance of this little girl in this film is fantastic.. Me and my husband were shocked to see such acting from a little girl.. Really she threatens..
